Contact Me

You can get in touch with me in a number of ways:

  • Fill out the form below
  • Email me at [email protected]
  • Leave a voicemail (we’ll call you back): 0207 219 7029
  • Write to me: Tom Rutland MP, House of Commons, London, SW1A 0AA

If you are a resident of East Worthing and Shoreham, I am always happy to raise your concerns with any relevant organisation or service provider. I can ask the organisation to investigate your issue or reconsider a decision and I will always ask that your concerns are looked into fairly – but I don’t have control over their final decision.

Please note that strict Parliamentary rules dictate that MPs can only provide assistance to people living within their own constituency.

Visit this website and enter your postcode to check if I am your MP.

If you are one of my constituents, please ensure you have included the following information in your email:

  • Any relevant reference number(s)
  • Your full address and postcode
  • Your contact telephone number

Advice surgeries

I run regular in-person advice surgeries for residents, but it is often faster for my team and I to deal with queries by phone or email, so we do that wherever possible to ensure the quickest possible resolution to your issue. If you would like an appointment, please include your full postal address and details of the issue you would like to discuss.

I receive an enormous amount of correspondence from constituents, so my team and I always prioritise casework from vulnerable residents which means that other enquiries – such as questions about policy – can take longer to respond to.
